We offer site surveys carried out by our experienced, in-house Surveyor.

We design bespoke engineered flood defences proven to work in both independent controlled test facilities and real-life flood events.

We have the ability to adapt all of our flood defence products listed to suit your requirements with regards to the following factors:

• Aesthetics – discreet concealment, powder coating, bespoke covers
• Security – locking mechanisms when systems are both in and out of use.

CAD drawings and samples are provided to ensure a seamless integration with the holistic flood defence scheme design where required.

Our innovative flood defence designs and products are passed to manufacturing, also managed in-house.

Our manufacturing operations are based in our UK-based factory, but we pride ourselves on a strong global materials supplier network, established and developed for 30 years since our company formation.

Our in-house management of the manufacturing process ensures the utmost product quality.

All installations are carried out by Lakeside Operatives, all highly experienced in flood defence works as well as general building and civils works. Site Supervisors benefit from 10+ years’ experience in the flood defence industry.

All Operatives are fully trained in the required Health & Safety practices, and carry full accreditation with them at all times on site.

Our Lakeside Operatives will also carry out a full stock itemisation using a simple colour-coded system when required.

A product Operation & Maintenance Manual and Manufacturer’s Warranty are provided upon completion of the works.

Following expiration of the warranty, we offer an ongoing Annual Maintenance Check, following which, the warranty is then extended for a further year.
